We have placed some of the most experienced and effective interim leaders and managers working today, thanks to our expertise and experience.
Nick Diprose BSc (Hons), founding partner – business development and candidate relationships, established Holdsway in 2013.
A fluent French speaker with a BSc (Hons) in International Business and French from Aston University and Rouen Business School, Nick began his career with FTSE-100 steel-maker British Steel plc in commercial roles. For 20 years since then, he built and ran successful executive recruitment and interim management firms.
In 2008, after a year of mentoring by interim management pioneers Martin Wood, Julia Candlish and Stuart Cain, Nick succeeded Martin as head of BIE, the UK’s market leader at the time.
Nick founded Holdsway in 2013 to give clients access to a network of proven, experienced interim executives, ready to help clients manage all kinds of business change or management transition. Today, Holdsway is ranked by the Institute of Interim Management (IIM) as the UK’s number one ‘gold standard’ interim management firm.
A Harlequins RFC season ticket holder and follower of Bath Rugby, Nick also enjoys running and road-cycling and has twice participated in the Prudential London-Surrey 100 for Diabetes UK in memory of his brother Peter. After successful completion of the London Duathlon in Richmond Park, Nick is setting his sights on sprint triathlons! He is also an avid photographer, artist, guitar-player and artisan bread-maker.
“Great to see you have truly established your brand!” (Martin Wood, pioneer of the UK’s interim management industry).
